World Book Day

WORLD BOOK DAY: Yesterday Whitstone School took part in World Book Day by dressing up as their favourite fictional characters from books. Best Faculty prize went to the Maths Department (with their Harry Potter theme) and Best Dressed Staff Member was Mr Grant. Student winners will be announced next week. This was part of a weeks’ worth of book related activities such as a Where’s Wally scavenger hunt around the school, a blind date with a book swap and inter-Aspire quizzes like the Masked Reader (where students have had to guess which staff member is hiding behind a book!)  Thank you so much to all staff and students who have taken part this week!
